Research Participation Terms
The Way of Quantum Medicine Research™

1. Purpose of Participation
By participating in any journaling module, guided evaluation, or digital reflection program offered by The Way of Quantum Medicine Research™, you agree to contribute to an exploratory research initiative focused on the intersection of emotional-frequency states, neuroplasticity, and symbolic healing.
Your participation supports the development of ethical, non-invasive, quantum-informed therapeutic models. This is a voluntary contribution to a long-term interdisciplinary study, not a form of treatment or diagnosis.

2. Voluntary and Revocable
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without penalty, and you are not obligated to provide any personal information unless explicitly and consciously submitted by you.
You may request the deletion of your records, disable your account, or opt out of research inclusion by contacting our team at any time.

3. Nature of Data Collected
By joining a program or module, you consent to the collection of:
Written reflections and journal entries (including dreams, emotions, intentions)
Optional tagging, emotional scoring, or frequency preferences
Interaction timestamps and module navigation behavior (non-identifiable)
All collected data is anonymized and encrypted. No direct identifiers (e.g., legal name, address, national ID) are required for participation.

4. Use of Data
Your anonymized data may be used for:
Adaptive feedback within the system (e.g., symbolic responses from AI Shuya™)
Generating aggregated insights for academic or internal research
Longitudinal observation of symbolic-emotional patterns and healing responses
Your data will not be sold, commercialized, or shared with third-party platforms without consent.

5. Feedback and Incentives
In some programs, participants may receive:
Reflective feedback reports (e.g., EmoSomn™ summaries)
Participation incentives such as digital tokens, research credits, or product discounts
These offerings are optional and not guaranteed. The platform reserves the right to adapt incentive models based on study structure and funding.

6. Confidentiality and Research Integrity
All research data is securely stored and only accessible by authorized research coordinators. Any future publication or presentation of research findings will use only aggregated and anonymized data, ensuring no individual is identifiable.
We are committed to non-extractive research and to protecting participant dignity, agency, and resonance throughout the process.

7. Ethics and Governance
The Way of Quantum Medicine Research™ adheres to global standards for ethical digital research and aligns its practices with IRB-compatible protocols. We respect your right to informed participation and emotional safety.
